Welcome to Divine Eco Resort. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking services.

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Divine Eco Resort website and all reservations made through it.

By using this website, you confirm that:

2. Booking Policy

1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or booking reference number.
3. Guests must provide valid identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.
4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided.

3. Rates & Payment

1. All room rates are displayed in BDT and may include or exclude applicable taxes (as mentioned).
2. Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the selected rate plan.
3. If payment is made through a third-party payment gateway, their terms and privacy policies apply.
4. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected rate plan:

1. Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the specified period.
2. Late cancellation or no-show may result in a charge of one night or full booking amount.
3. Refund processing times depend on the payment method and banking system.

Divine Eco Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of:

1. Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
2. Fraudulent activity
3. Force majeure events

5. Check-in & Check-out

1. Standard check-in time: 1 PM
2. Standard check-out time: 11 AM
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guests must comply with hotel registration procedures.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

1. Maintain proper conduct during their stay.
2. Not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
3. Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
4. Comply with all local laws and hotel regulations.

The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund for misconduct or violation of policies.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the website for fraudulent bookings.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to hotel systems.
3. Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission.

All website content, including text, logo, images, and design, is the property of Divine Eco Resort and protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divine Eco Resort shall not be liable for:

4. Loss of personal belongings (guests are advised to use in-room safety facilities)

Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.

The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

4. Pandemic situations
5. Power failures
